FAQ
Does this stretch my image?
No. Both fit methods preserve the original aspect ratio. Crop-to-fill removes edges to fill the target; fit-with-padding keeps the entire image and adds empty space.
What sizes can I export?
Presets include 1280 × 720, 1080 × 1080, 1080 × 1350, 1080 × 1440, 1080 × 1920, and 1200 × 628 pixels. They are convenient starting sizes; confirm the destination platform’s current format and file-size requirements.
Should I choose PNG or JPEG?
PNG supports transparency and is useful for graphics. JPEG typically produces smaller photographic files, uses a solid background, and may lose detail during compression.
Can resizing improve a blurry image?
No. Enlarging a small image cannot recover detail. Start with a high-resolution source and check the downloaded result at its intended display size.
Are images uploaded or stored?
No. Reading, cropping, and exporting happen in your browser. PNG, JPEG, and WebP inputs are supported; animated files export as a still image.
