How can I refresh my channel data?
SocialStatsIQ automatically refreshes public channel stats every 6 hours upon a search query. If your subscriber count or view totals recently updated on YouTube, simply search for your channel handle on our homepage to trigger a fresh sync from the YouTube Data API v3.
Can I remove my channel from SocialStatsIQ?
SocialStatsIQ only displays publicly available data provided by Google’s YouTube Data API v3. If you are a verified channel owner and wish to request removal of your channel’s cached profile on SocialStatsIQ, email us at privacy@socialstatsiq.com with your channel URL and proof of ownership.
