We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use this Service. No registration, login, email address, or payment information is collected.

The following information may be collected automatically when you visit:

• Approximate country— read from our hosting provider’s request headers to show regionally relevant channels. It is used during your request and not stored.
• IP address for AI tool rate limits — when you use the Keyword Generator, Google Ranking Tool, or YouTube Title Generator, your IP address is stored in our database with a request count and reset time so we can enforce usage limits. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
• Text you enter into AI tools — topics, keywords, and optional channel URLs are sent to our AI model provider to generate a response (see Third-Party Services). Do not enter personal or confidential information.
• Usage and device information — pages visited, referrer, browser, and device type, collected through analytics services and standard hosting logs (see below).
• Channel searches — public YouTube channel data that is looked up is cached in our database. This cache stores channel information, not information about you.

SocialStatsIQ uses the YouTube Data API v3, provided by Google LLC, to retrieve publicly available channel statistics such as subscriber counts, view counts, and upload counts. By using this Service, you also agree to YouTube’s Terms of Service and acknowledge Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not access, store, or transmit any YouTube user credentials or OAuth tokens. All data retrieved from the YouTube API is publicly accessible channel information — the same data visible on any YouTube channel page.

SocialStatsIQ uses Google AdSense to show advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

• Local storage — our AI tools store a usage counter in your browser to show how many requests remain. It contains no personal information and you can clear it in your browser settings.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are used for aggregated traffic and performance measurement and do not use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the core channel lookup continues to work without them.

We do not hold personal account data. AI tool rate-limit records (IP address, request count, and reset time) are kept in our database and overwritten as limits reset; contact us to request their deletion. Hosting request logs are retained by Vercel for a limited period under its own retention settings. Data collected by Google Analytics and Google AdSense is retained according to Google’s policies.

This Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove it.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to restrict processing — ask us to stop processing your data.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to object — object to our processing of your personal data.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Database access is restricted to our server, and we keep dependencies up to date. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
