How This Ranking Works
- Ranked by subscribers. Ties are broken by total views.
- Refreshed daily from the official YouTube Data API.
- From a tracked list. We track 273 large channels, so a channel we don't track yet can be missing. YouTube publishes no official "most subscribed" list for anyone to copy.
- Rounded counts. YouTube rounds public subscriber counts, so close channels can swap places as their rounded numbers change.

How do you decide a channel's country?
We use the country the channel lists in its YouTube settings. When a channel hasn't set one, we use its known home country. Channels with no clear country appear only in the worldwide list.
